MY REVIEW:

Ohh poor Kim! She’s been through so much and still has to endure more. Kim was the victim of a human trafficker and she has to help stop them.

All she wanted was to fulfill her needs as a sub and she ended up being a slave. This is one of the most heartbreaking story’s I’ve read.

Raoul helps to get her out but she’s not quite done yet, she still has to think about the others and getting them out.

Even though Kim needs to thinking about healing for herself, she needs to think about how to heal to save the others. She can’t leave them behind.

Raoul is a Dom to his core, he wants a full time sub to meet all of his needs and one that is willing. He meets Kim and knows that he has to help her. Even though she cannot be his he has to pretend that she is to help the other women.

But he soon starts to fall for the lovely sub and can’t help himself. She live in his house and does everything he asks of her.

He has to be able to get Kim into a collar again and help her to overcome her fears. While being the Dom that he is.

This was an amazing story of a woman going through something horrific and conquering her fears and doing what’s best for the others.

Kim is sub and can’t tell if she’s being treated as a doormat or a cared for partner. She saw her mother being treated like a doormat and she wasn’t even a sub. So she’s not sure if she can trust her need to be a sub.

I love how strong and resilient Kim is and willing to save the others. She’s fights her fears every second of the day.

Raoul is so kind and considerate, he may be a Master but he truly cares about the Kim.

He may not want to fall for the beautiful sub but he does and Kim may not want to fall for him but she does.

Raoul is extremely patient with Kim, and helps her to heal in his own way, now of course we know Kim didn’t heal in the short time they had but she at least got to the point of not panicking every second. 

Raoul is strong and dependable, while Kim is also strong and resilient. They both make a great pair and help to fight the injustice that has been done to Kim.

WOULD I RECOMMEND:

Omg yes! This is a heartbreaking story of a woman finding her strength after been beaten down and broken.

And the man she found who can help lead her to healing. And help her to heal in his own way.

I have to say that I really love the fact the Cherise Sinclair shows the different dynamics when it comes to Dom and sub partners. I was extremely new to reading about this and reading about her characters helped me to see some of the ways people play.
