MY REVIEW:

Quinn and Ford have known each other for their whole lives. They both grew up in the same small town and were in school together. They also always ending up being partners in school for all of their projects or assignments.

They were always enemies or so it seemed on the outside. Quinn and Ford competed in everything and always were at each others throats. But there was always a spark between them that they would not acknowledge. 

Then Quinn moved away to fulfill her dreams and Ford stayed in their small town and became a firefighter 🥵 and Quinn becomes and doctor. And it just so happens she returns to her small town thinking she can help get rid of the ancient, misogynistic town doc.

When she returns she doesn’t not expect Ford or the instant attraction she has to him. Ford is also instantly attracted to her and this is great for the push and pull between these characters.

Enemies with a attraction so strong they can hardly hide it for one another or the nosy town. 

I did love going back to this town with all the meddling people and lives that were all in everyone’s business.

Quinn and Ford both end up in situations where they need each others help and this means they need to get married. Which is the start of everything between these two.

The heat and spice was off the charts between these two, they had so much chemistry and they were so attracted to each other I knew this was going to be good.

I absolutely loved this book! But I knew I would especially reading Beck’s story first. I loved that book and couldn’t wait for this one to come out. Definitely an author I will be adding to my list to purchase when she drops.

I loved how they started to discover things about each other and how they cared for each other, the animosity went out the window pretty quickly. I loved how Ford helped her with her family and how she accepted him and cared for him like no one else did.

Ford and Quinn were so perfect for each other, he was more laid back and she was super serious and didn’t give herself a moment to just relax. She learned to relax a little more and he learned to be a little more serious, this gave them the perfect balance.

Definitely one of my new favorite authors and I will have to look at her other books.
